We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Typographical Errors
In the event a ecovillagefiriteaz.ro product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, ecovillagefiriteaz.ro shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ecovillagefiriteaz.ro shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Violation of Rules and Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, ecovillagefiriteaz.ro’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and our website can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Us. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, We attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Governing Law
The current document is complemented by the OUG nr. 130/2000, Law no.296/2004, Law no.677/2001. These terms of use are compiled in accordance with Romanian law and the Romanian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
